Grandma Rice
Ingredients
- Rice
- Garlic
- Salt
- Olive oil
Steps
- Set oil in a pot on low-medium heat.
- Chop garlic
- Sauté the garlic just until fragrant.
- Add salt
- Add rice and sauté all together for a minute or two.
- Add two and a half times the volume of water per volume of rice.
- Cover and let it cook at low heat for around 20 minutes, checking that the lower part is not too dry.
- Take it out of the heat and let it rest.
