Quick-pickled Vegetables
Ingredients
- Vegetables
- Water
- Vinager
- Sugar
- Salt
- Optional: Herbs and spices.
Steps
- Chop the vegetables
- In a sauce pan add the following in this proportion

| Vinegar | 100% |
| Water | 50% |
| Sugar | 25% |
| Salt | 12.5% |
- Once it is boiling, stop the heat and add all the vegetables with the optional addition of the aromatics.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
