Potato Omelette
Ingredients
- 60% potatoes
- 40% onions
- Eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
Steps
- Cut potatoes in irregular pieces.
- Fry the potatoes.
- Chop the onions.
- Add the onions to the frying pan.
- Whip the eggs.
- Add salt to the eggs.
- When potatoes and onions have browned enough, drain them with a sieve and add them to the eggs. Wait a couple of minutes.
- Warm up a skillet and add a bit of oil.
- Add the raw tortilla and wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn it and wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn it again, wait for 10 second, and serve.
