Lemon Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- All-purpose flour
- Oil
- Butter
- Garlic
- Chicken broth
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Zest lemon
- Juice lemon
- Chop garlic
- Place flour on a plate
- Heat a skillet on medium heat
- Butterfly chicken or hammer it.
- Chicken on flour
- Fry the chicken breasts untill golden brown
- Remove chicken
- Sauté the garlic
- Add broth
- Deglace the skillet
- Add lemon juice
- Reduce by half
- Add butter and lemon zest, stirling to emulsionante the sauce.
- Return the chicken to skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with parley.
